Merge/Purge Services
Our Merge/Purge systems are based on SAP Data Services (originally Postalsoft). However, in order to provide a better quality product, we've customized this software to better suit the needs of the Direct Marketing community.
We've also developed a custom set of reports that are second to none, detailing everything you might want to know about your mail preparation. Included are some of the best Computer Verification reports in the industry, making it easier to substantiate mailing list deductions and save money.

Address Cleansing
We have a number of services available for Address Cleansing. Depending on the requirements, we will ensure that your data is always accurate and mailable.
NCOA (US & Canadian)
US NCOA: Updates your data against the USPS database of all people who have moved in the past 48 months. Required for US presorted postage rates. Maximizing your deliverable mail lowers your cost per piece.
Canadian NCOA: Contains over 10 million moves covering the last 6 years. Updating your data ensures your mail gets to the intended targets, maximizing response rates.
CASS/DPV (US Standardization)
The Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) reads your addresses and updates them to match USPS standards. DPV (Delivery Point Validation) compares your addresses against a database of every deliverable address in the US, removing records that cannot be delivered.
SERP (Canadian Standardization)
Canada Post requires addresses on mailings of 5,000+ pieces to be 95% accurate to avoid surcharges. We use the SERP-certified StreetSweeper system to correct addresses and produce the Statement of Accuracy.
GAC (Global Address Correction)
International addressing has unique formatting requirements. We partner with Global-Z to handle these details, utilizing our on-line feed for the fastest possible turnaround for your international data.
Mail Tracking
How long did it take for your mail to reach the mailboxes? DID it reach them? Our Mail Tracking solution, in partnership with SourceLink, shows you where your mail actually is via a special barcode we provide.
